How Does Subsidized Housing Work?
Rent for these units is based on 30 percent of income for qualifying applicants.
For example: If you are a resident, living alone, with an annual income of $12,000, your monthly rent would be approximately $290 and the balance of the rent will be paid with rental assistance from the Brown County Housing Authority.

Reasons You Can Be Denied Housing
If you have any incidents related to either of the following misdemeanors within the past three years you will not be eligible for housing at Trail Creek Apartments:
- Any Drug Activity
- Any Violent Behavior
If you have any incidents that have resulted in a felony conviction within the past five years you will not be eligible for housing at Trail Creek Apartments.
If you are listed on the sex offender list, you will not be eligible for housing at Trail Creek Apartments.
